A title says it's on a service, but it isn't
Where-to-watch data comes from TMDB and JustWatch and can lag behind the streaming services by a few days, and it varies by country. Always confirm on the provider's own app or site before you rely on it.
The parental guidance looks wrong
Parental guidance and recommendations are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. They are a starting point, not an official rating, and not a substitute for your own judgment. See our Legal & Disclaimers.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset email can land in spam, so check there before writing to us.
Managing or cancelling Pro
StreamAware Pro is an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it on your iPhone or iPad under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel or refund an Apple subscription for you — refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. That removes your account and everything in it — profiles, library, and wishlist — and cannot be undone.
